In order to bring a new, fresh, vibe to the brand Timisoreana, and so to increase the retailers’ loyalty to the brand, Ursus developed a trade program under the name “The most popular bartender”.
The campaign’s mechanics is based on rewarding the performance of the bartenders from a selected list of locations through consumers that could express their vote via SMS or filling in a form naming the reason why they are voting. Thus, the bartender with the highest score could win the competition for their bars. The rewarding system compensates the top locations with a renovation kit.
